HOW DOES DAVID ST GEORGE PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGE ITS IMAGE COLLECTION?
The ways in which photographs resulting from a shoot are supplied and shared is dependent on the arrangements in place with each individual client.
As a general principle, David St George Photography reserves the right to show examples of work as part of an online and print portfolio. These may be linked to a particular client organisation or brand in the caption, but particular individuals will not be identified by name unless their name is part of their brand. If a particular shoot requires either confidentiality or an embargo on publishing images in this way and it hasn’t been addressed in prior discussions please contact me.
The images from photo sessions (including the digital negative files) are held in an image archive, utilising both local storage and the cloud (for edited files).
David St George Photography does not guarantee that unprocessed digital negative files will be kept indefinitely, so please request a copy for your archives if this is required. Image retrieval and supply from the archives may incur a processing fee.
HOW DO I ACCESS OR CHANGE MY INFORMATION?
You may review or update your personal information by contacting us by email or via the contact page. Please note that any request to update your personal information may take up to 7 working days to process.
